NZ NATIVE KANUKA HARD WOOD
Our 30 acre property is predominantly regenerating bush, with significant stands of Kanuka providing the canopy for our native reforestation efforts.
Recent years has seen some severe weather events that have caused widespread damage to these Kanuka stands. As part of our conservation efforts, we are removing these windblown stands.
We now offer this Kanuka wood to the market, allowing you to enjoy its awesome characteristics for BBQ, smoking, and fire.
Bagged Kanuka Firewood
Ready for the fireplace or BBQ. Our Kanuka firewood are packaged in reusable bags weighing 15kg, with pieces cut to lengths of 300mm, with diameters ranging from 30-100mm, with larger pieces split for ease of use.
All wood is naturally seasoned and cut to appropriate sizes, ready for use. Specific size or length requests can be accommodated upon inquiry. Our Kanuka is ready for burning in any context where high-quality, slow-burning hardwood is preferred.
Please note: This product contains loose bark due to the thin, paper-like bark of Kanuka.

Custom lengths and larger orders are available on request. Additionally hangi bundles consisting of 6 lengths measuring 90cm and weighing around 15kg are available on request.
