Bookings will be secured via credit card through BookIt. A service charge of $20 applies to all cancellation refunds. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival day will result in a loss of 100% of the total booking price. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival day will result in a loss of 50% of the total booking price.
